This website is operated by Mizuji (“Mizuji”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Throughout the Site, these terms refer to Mizuji. We provide this website, including the information, tools and services available through it, subject to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products and Services.

We aim to keep the information on our Site accurate and up to date. However, product descriptions, images, prices, availability and other content may occasionally contain errors or become outdated.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Actual packaging, colours or appearance may vary slightly from how they appear on your device.
If we identify a material error in an order, such as an incorrect price or product description, we may contact you to explain the issue and discuss the available options. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

Our products are offered subject to availability. We may change product descriptions, prices, promotions or availability, or discontinue a product, at any time. Changes will not affect an order we have already accepted, except where correction or cancellation is permitted by law.

SECTION 5 — ORDERS AND PAYMENT
When you place an order, please ensure that your contact, billing and delivery information is complete and accurate.
Your order is subject to acceptance and product availability. We will provide an order confirmation after checkout; this confirmation does not prevent us from contacting you if there is an issue with the order.
Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout. We do not intend to store your full payment card details.
If we need to amend or cancel an order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the details provided at checkout. Where payment has been taken for an order that is cancelled, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship within Singapore only. Shipping charges, free-shipping eligibility, order processing and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather or other disruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with delivery enquiries.
Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details entered at checkout are correct. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed after it has been processed or dispatched.
SECTION 7 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which explains the applicable eligibility requirements, return process, shipping costs and refund method.

If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms immediately, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Singapore, subject to applicable law.
